MOCA Artist/Painting

I really loved this Stefan Haberkorn, which shows a church outside after time in 3D. His artwork portrays his vision of life without humans. I love the natural feel of this picture, the stone walls, and the jagged rocks stopping the water from coming up to the windows. I love how abdoned this church is yet the beauty it still holds. Stefan uses 3d rendering software to create photo-realistic images based on polygon meshes and texture mappings. It almost looks like the CGI effects they use in movies.

  1. Great Jackie... Yes, CGI effects are done with 3D software as well as much animation these days
