First Google Image on Photoshop

This is a piece I designed of Sasha Velour using the various editing settings on Photoshop. The 'texture' of the picture is called Cutout, which gives the image a painted, yet sketched kind of look. There were many options, including brightness, structure, shading, etc. that I had to carefully go through to get the percentage that matched how I wanted the picture to look. I decreased the brightness in the background, darkened her shirt, and highlighted her features to keep them looking realistic. I tried many different filters as well, but, wanting to go in a painterly direction, I found that the Cutout option was what I'd been looking for.
